“On this fact the police checks for further prosecution. Other details we do not share”, — have noted in law enforcement bodies.
In addition, the Chairman of the Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin instructed “in the presence of bases to give an objective legal assessment of the actions of adolescents” and the work of officials, whose duties include checking the conditions of life and upbringing of children, and prevention with a minor.

The entry with the mockery of the animals was published on Vkontakte on August 15. It was noted that the girls (presumably, two teenagers and seven-year old sister of one of them) in the video from the city of Kinel near Samara. According to records, they took turns throwing the kitten against a wall and kicked him until he died. Their actions teenagers aired on the network. According kp.ru in the video two kittens, the second survived. It picked up on the street by local residents and taken to the clinic.
The mother of the sisters commented on the video: “I’ve seen the video, thanks to indifferent. If you don’t, I never would have known that my daughter grew up to be a monster.
