Kiev has accused Russia in the transfer of the Ukrainian missile engines, the DPRK

Russian experts were able to dismantle the rocket “Cyclone-2 and Cyclone-3” and put the Ukrainian rocket engines, which are equipped with in North Korea.

“According to operational information, Russia today has missiles “Cyclone-2 and Cyclone-3″ in the range of 7 to 20 missiles in them, these engines [RD-250] Documentation there. Among finished products, they [the Russians] can these engines put anyone. It is not excluded, given the partnership relations between Russia and North Korea,” — said Radchenko.

He added that the RD-250 was manufactured in the Ukraine and raised in Russia until 2001. Now, according to him, Ukraine has no opportunity to produce these engines.

On 15 August, General designer of KB “southern” Alexander Degtyarev admitted that the rocket engines produced in the KB, could be copied for the needs of the DPRK. Version on direct supply of he called “the invention of someone who wants to remind themselves, to show the result of their work and to stick out my name.”

A day earlier, the newspaper The New York Times, citing sources in the U.S. intelligence community and experts of the International Institute for strategic studies (IISS) said that the newest ballistic missiles, the DPRK tested lately, are the engines, the technology of which could be obtained from the Ukrainian factory “Pivdenmash.”
