Americans were forbidden to join the group, “Hizb-ul-Mujahiddin”

The US imposed sanctions against separatist Kashmiri groupings “Hizb-ul-Mujahiddin”. About it reports Reuters.

According to the decision of the U.S. Treasury, all assets of the organization in the United States will be frozen, American citizens are allowed to join the groups to provide any assistance and carry on with her trading.

“Hizb-ul-Mujahiddin” — the Kashmiri separatist group founded in 1989. She has propakistani positions, in favor of secession of Kashmir from India and its accession to Pakistan. The EU and India banned as terrorist.

Active member of the organization was known separatist Burhan Wani, eliminated by Indian security forces in 2016. His death was the occasion for the beginning of the riots in Jammu and Kashmir, continuing to this day.
