Reuters: the authorities of the DPRK released serving a life sentence a canadian pastor
Lim Hyun soo 2015 was serving a sentence in correctional labour colony for sedition.
TASS, 9 Aug. DPRK authorities freed a canadian pastor lim Hyun soo, who is serving a life sentence on charges of subversive activities, reported Reuters.
“Lim Hyun-soo, a canadian citizen, was released for health reasons in accordance with the decision of the Supreme court of the DPRK on 9 August 2017,” — said in an official statement released by the state Agency KCNA.
In 2015, the canadian Protestant pastor, Korean lim Hyun-soo was sentenced to life imprisonment with punishment serving in ispravitelno-a labor colony for sedition.
