According to him, trump makes inconsistent statements about a new package of anti-Russian sanctions. First, he has declared readiness to toughen restrictions and “today urges to “thank” Congress for the deterioration of relations with our country,” said the MP.

Earlier Thursday, trump blamed the bad relations between Washington and Moscow on the Congress of the United States. “These are the same people that we were even a normal health insurance cannot do,” wrote he in his Twitter.
The American leader has signed the law on new sanctions against Moscow yesterday, August 2. On 27 July, they approved the Senate. The document envisages, in particular, the reduction to two weeks maximum term of financing of banks, which are under sanctions, and 30 days — for oil and gas companies.
