He stressed that Moscow urged to avoid provocations in the process of resolving the Ukrainian crisis. “We believe that all parties, especially those countries that claim to be in the settlement, should avoid any actions that could provoke increased tension in an already difficult region”, — said the representative of the Kremlin.

The official representative of the defense Ministry Michelle Baldanza noted that Washington does not exclude the possibility of sending Kiev lethal weapons, says the publication.
