In the resulting list of programme of renovation of housing capital was 5144 home. This was stated by the mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin, reports video News Service.
“From 1 August, that is today, the owners of these apartments are exempt from the overhaul. The program is designed to 2032. We are certainly not going to prolong the pleasure. We will do everything possible to implement the program in the shortest possible time”, — said Sobyanin, noting that the final list will be published on the portal of city hall.
Only under the program of renovation got 350 thousand apartments, which are home to about a million people. It is noted that the highest number of houses to be demolished located in the Eastern administrative district.
In the provisional list for demolition was 4546 houses. The final decision on inclusion in the program were the residents of the building — this requires the consent of more than 2/3 of the owners. The beginning of the resettlement of five-story building is scheduled for autumn 2017. The first district will be Beskudnikovo in the North of Moscow. Residents of the demolished houses will provide new apartments in the same or nearby area.
