In March the supplies of coal from self-proclaimed Donetsk and Lugansk national republics (DND and LNR) on the Kiev-controlled territory have been completely stopped due to the arranged Ukrainian nationalists blockade of Railways and roads. Later in the same month, Kiev has also introduced a full cargo transport blockade DND and LNR.
