Australia has submitted a plan of defense against terrorists on the machines
To develop such a plan was entrusted to the counter-terrorism Committee Australia and New Zealand in 2016 immediately after the attack on the promenade of nice, where the gunman on the truck crushed the defenseless people.

Unfortunately, this incident is not unique: last tragedy in this scenario was repeated in Barcelona, on August 17. The responsibility for the crime, as we know, took on the fighters of DAISH (the Arabic name for the banned terrorist group “ISIS”).
As reported SBS Australia, the government proposes to install in crowded public places — whether walking the streets, bus stops, churches or mosques, parks, hotels or shopping centers is a special barrier that will not allow prospective fighters to enter the crowd. It can be “fences” made of metal and concrete, or even flower beds, which will serve not only the decoration of the cities, but also for security reasons.
It is assumed that emergency measures local authorities should take, in close coordination with law enforcement agencies and property owners to work together to protect the population from possible attacks. In addition, the plan considers the scenario of countering the threat of chemical and some other types of attacks. The authorities claim that citizens do not have to deal with the explicit restriction of freedoms, and their comfort will not be affected.
