The Minister of foreign Affairs of Serbia Ivica Dacic suggested that the Northern part of Kosovo under Belgrade’s control. He wrote about this in an article in the government newspaper Novosti.

As for the Serbian Orthodox monasteries, the Minister advised to give them a special Autonomous status of the monastic community on the model of the Greek Athos.
The diplomat stressed that Pristina must pay the Belgrade financial compensation for illegally seized private and public property.
“Everyone needs a permanent solution of the Serbian-Albanian conflict, and this can only be achieved by agreement between the Serbs and Albanians, where each side will get something and lose,” wrote dačić.
