To date, the Ministry has developed a draft “road map” for the preservation, revival and development of the NHP. The document was commissioned by President Vladimir Putin after a meeting with representatives of business associations in the Novgorod region in may this year.
In the “road map” proposed to increase the maximum value of gifts that you can give civil servants in the framework of events if the gift refers to the artistic crafts. It is noted that for this you need to make changes to the Civil code. Also, according to the bill, should be worked out the mechanism of state purchases of products nkhp without an auction.
