MOSCOW, August 10. /TASS/. The culture Ministry on Thursday issued a rental license the film by Alexei Uchitel “Matilda”, giving it the category of “16+”. This was announced on Thursday by the Director of the Department of cinematography of the Ministry Vyacheslav Telnov.
“Today, the Ministry of culture legally issued rental license the film by Alexei Uchitel “Matilda”. Considering the application, the Ministry of culture carried out a standard procedure: I watched the film and made the conclusion about its compliance with the Russian legislation. Age classification of products — the only restriction in the rental provided by law. The film is rated “16+,” — said tel’nov.
The head of the Department stressed that the rental license covers the entire country. However, entities still have the right to limit the display of pictures on their site.
“Confirm receipt of appeals from the leadership of the Republic of Dagestan and the leadership of the Chechen Republic with the request to exclude that they represent the regions of the distribution certificate. I will note that the issuance of rental certificates to adjust the impressions in the entire territory of the Russian Federation, this means that in accordance with the law to exclude from the list any entities impossible.
