Moscow. August 10. INTERFAX.RU — Russian President Vladimir Putin has demanded once and for all to handle all the issues related to the execution of documents for payment of compensations to citizens who fully or partially lost their homes in emergency situations.
During the meeting with the President the head of the accounts chamber Tatyana Golikova said that in the Stavropol region expert organizations demanded money from people for the conclusion that all housing fell into disrepair. On the basis of such help victims qualify for state housing certificate.
For these certificates citizens took 5-6 thousand rubles, Golikova said. Then, according to her, when this situation sorted out, and the citizens returned the money, “the appropriate Commission for payment return began to take divisions of banks”. Somewhere else 1800 rubles, as the head of the audit chamber took the Federal service for state registration to issue a certificate that it is the only housing of the citizen.
“This nonsense”, — Putin responded by asking the head of the audit chamber to check again, whether people returned the money.
“And the second. Regulatory need to adjust once and for all that such nonsense was not. People were left without a penny, the state allocates money to support them, and with them someone else, some structures skinned in the thousands, three, five”, — said Putin.
