MOSCOW, August 9. /TASS/. Lublin court of Moscow has appointed on 4 September a preparation under the claim of Fund of support of socially important state projects to Alexei Navalny and his Fund of struggle against corruption (FBK). About TASS reported the press service of the court.
“The statement of claim about protection of honor, dignity and business reputation is accepted to the court. Preparing the case for trial was appointed on 4 September at 14:00 Moscow time”, — said the representative of the court.
In March of this year the FCO has published an investigation which claimed that the businessman Alisher Usmanov has transferred the mansion with land over 4 hectares in the Odintsovo district near Moscow as a gift to the sotsgosproyekt Foundation, head of the Supervisory Board who is a classmate of the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Ilya Eliseev.
May 31, the Lublin court of Moscow satisfied the claim to the Bulk of Usmanov and FBK, obliging them to remove defamatory information and to publish a retraction within 10 days from the date the decision enters into force. Currently, this decision into force has not yet entered.
