Residents of Tver on Tuesday evening, August 8, began to bring flowers and candles to the building partially collapsed River station. It is reported Tverigrad.ru.
The townspeople hung a black-and-white photographs and drawings of the building that say “I’m tired of living… Without your help I died” and “You killed me.”
The building from 1938, struck at night on August 8. Damaged was a part of the southern walls and the ceiling of the second floor of the rotunda with a total area of about 400 square meters. The people in the building at the time of emergency was not, so there were no injuries.
In the regional government explained that the River station was in a dilapidated condition and required complete restoration. In fact the incident was being tested.
