Administration of Moscow region will consider the possibility of establishing a cheese exchange. The corresponding order promised to give the Governor Andrei Vorobyov, reports RIAMA on Friday, August 4.
Manufacturers appealed to the head of region with the request to open in the region of warehouses for the storage of cheese from all over Russia on the basis of which it would be possible to create a food exchange.
“We can make cheese market, to provide a seat. Can fair make. Let’s see,” — said Vorobyov. He also stressed that such fair should operate in a continuous mode.
On August 4 the head of the Moscow region took part in the cheese festival “Three years of sanctions,” which passes these days in the village of Dubrova the city district of Istra. The fair presents products of the farm are 70 farms throughout the country. Sparrows talked to cheese-makers and manufacturers of equipment for the dairy industry, noting a large number of participants and visitors.
