The European court of human rights (ECtHR) has applied urgent measures to ban travel journalist “New newspaper” Hudaberdi Nurmatov (alias Ali Feruz). About this “Interfax” the lawyer told the reporter Kirill Koroteev.
“Today, the European court applied rule 39 of our appeal, prohibiting any movement Ali Feruz to his complaint to the ECHR. In its response, the court asked us to send complete application form until September”, — said Koroteev. He added that rule 39 is often the basis for granting asylum.

He was found guilty under article “Infringement by the foreign citizen or the person without citizenship of rules of entrance to the Russian Federation or the regime of stay (residence)”. Also the journalist appointed to an administrative fine of five thousand rubles.
