Protection programmer Stanislaus Lisova intends to appeal the court decision on his extradition from Spain to the United States. This was stated by representing the interests of Russian lawyer Oleg Gubarev, his words passes on Wednesday, August 2, RIA Novosti.
“The court has not yet made a final decision. Starting September 1, we will appeal to the plenary of the National trial chamber”, — said Gubarev. According to him, the appeal is possible only in September, because August in Spain — holiday period.
