HAMBURG, 8 Dec. /TASS/. The Syrian army has suspended military operations in Eastern Aleppo to withdraw from the city the column of civilians.
This was stated by Russian foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on the sidelines of the meeting of the Council of foreign Ministers of the OSCE.
