“This is the path to anarchy – the mother of order, when an athlete does what he wants,” Drachev criticized the transition of athletes from one coach of the national team to another.

Kaminsky has been leading the men's biathlon team since May 2020. His group includes Eduard Latypov, Karim Khalili, Kirill Streltsov, Anton Babikov, Nikita Porshnev, Daniil Serokhvostov and Mikhail Pervushin. Alexander Loginov, Evgeny Garanichev, Matvey Eliseev, Maxim Tsvetkov, Alexander Povarnitsyn, Semyon Suchilov, Kirill Bazhin, Denis Tashtimerov and Vasily Tomshin train under the leadership of Bashkirov.
