The court placed under house arrest a teenager who was preparing an explosion at a school in Volgograd

The court refused the investigation to detain the minor. He will be under house arrest until December 12. Before the accused was in a pre-trial detention center, then in a mental hospital. Then he was again released under a ban on certain actions.
