Poland opened a case on an attack on security officials on the border with Belarus

The Polish prosecutor's office opened a case on the attack on the security forces on the border with Belarus border with Belarus. This was stated by the commandant of the Polish police Yaroslav Shimchik on the air of the Polsat TV channel, RIA Novosti reports.

According to him, the decision to open the case was made by the regional prosecutor's office in Sokolka. Szymczyk noted that the inspection of the territory near the border of the two states is now continuing, and items that have flown over it are being collected.

Earlier it was reported that the Polish security forces used special equipment containing toxic chemicals against migrants. Deputy Head of the Department of Radiation, Chemical and Biological Protection and Ecology of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Belarus Igor Malyk said that several people turned to the doctors with complaints about the liquid that corroded the eyes, which got on them from the water cannons.

On November 16, those who gathered on the Polish-Belarusian border, illegal immigrants tried to break the barriers and began throwing stones, sticks and other objects at the Polish military. In response, Poland fired tear gas, water cannons and stun grenades.
