Two foreigners were brought to administrative responsibility in Saratov. The cause was a ball game on the road. About it the chief of the municipal Department of internal Affairs Andrey Chepurnoy on Tuesday, August 29, reported RIA Novosti.
The incident occurred in the city centre. They stood on different sides of the road, and beat the ball and threw each other over the passing cars.
“At the request of passers-by have been audited, the persons they turned out to be a Spanish citizen born in 1991 and citizen of Brazil born in 1988. In respect of these prescribed administrative Protocol under article 12.30 of the administrative code “Violation of traffic rules, caused interference with vehicles”,” chepurna said. Foreigners face fines of up to thousands rubles. The exact size will be determined by the court.
