Trump has banned transgender people to serve in the US army

As follows from the Memorandum signed by the President of the United States, it is forbidden to take service in the armed forces of the United States transgender men and transgender women, as well as to allocate budgetary funds for sex change operations for military personnel.
Thus, trump has again imposed a ban on the service of transgender people, which overturned the previous President of the United States Barack Obama.
The President also instructed the Minister of defence of the USA James Mattis to determine how to deal with transgender persons already in the service.
Previously, trump said that the United States cannot afford “to burden yourself with overwhelming medical costs,” which would entail military service of transgender people.
