In Brussels armed with machetes a man attacked a military patrol
The incident occurred in the centre of the Belgian capital. The offender was shot and killed, soldiers injured, but not seriously injured.
MOSCOW, Aug 25 — RIA Novosti. Armed with machetes the man attacked the military patrolling the Belgian capital, according to the Belgian newspaper Le Soir.
The incident occurred at about 21:15 local time (22:15 GMT) in the centre of Belgium’s capital on Boulevard Emile Akmena.

Some witnesses reported the shots. Other witnesses said that the man attacked the two soldiers.
The attacker was shot dead. According to the Agency “Reuters”, previously it has not been seen associating with terrorists. Soldiers from patrol injured, however, according to preliminary data, has not received serious wounds.
The scene was cordoned off, there were doctors.
The police said that the situation is under control.
