“Kommersant” has found out a scheme that allowed the “Technopromexport” (TPE) to claim that the turbines from Siemens for two thermal power plants in Crimea have been purchased on the secondary market.
Siemens insists that they were taken to the Peninsula against the will of the company, which initially sold them for a project in Taman. In March 2015, “Siemens gas turbine technology” is a joint venture of the German company “Power machines” — sold JSC TPE (declared bankrupt in March 2017) four Siemens gas turbine. Then, in October of 2015, OJSC resold them for a 152.4 million Euro, OOO TPE, which is engaged in the construction of thermal power plants in the Crimea, the newspaper said, citing documents of arbitration courts.
