“The complete elimination of the fire occurred at 13:21 Moscow time”, — said the Agency interlocutor.
He added that the area in which the fire occurred, is protected from looters.
According to the MOE, the fire in the private sector in the city centre started at 12:52 on Monday. The fire destroyed more than 100 homes in the area of 10 thousand square meters, from the fire evacuated to 650.
By Tuesday morning received a statement from 467 victims of fire. For medical assistance to 58 people, nine of them hospitalized.
The city had declared a state of emergency.
