MOSCOW, August 18. /TASS/. Protection on Friday appealed against in Moscow city court the decision on the claim of the company “Kirovles” to Alexei Navalny and Peter Ofitserova Vyacheslav Opaleva on collecting 2 million rubles. TASS said the lawyer Vadim Kobzev.
“Today I filed a complaint against the decision of Nikulinskiy court of Moscow, it will be reviewed in the appellate instance of the Moscow city court,” said Kobzev.
18 Jul Nikulinskiy court of Moscow partially satisfied the civil suit of “Kirovles” for the recovery of 2,164 million rubles in solidarity with the three defendants in the case on embezzlement of company property — Bulk, businessman Pyotr Ofitserov, former CEO Vyacheslav Opalev.
The lawsuit was filed by the defendants in the case a second time. In October last year Nikulinskiy court satisfied the claim of company for compensation of property damage in the amount of 16 million rubles, but the decision was reversed by the court.
The Leninsky court of Kirov in 2013 found Navalny and Ofitserov guilty of embezzlement of property of “Kirovles”. Navalny was sentenced to five years probation, Officers — to four years probation. Opalev received four years probation in December 2012.
