Former head doctor of one of clinics of Vladikavkaz was convicted of using a fake diploma of medical education. This was told in the press service of the Supreme court of North Ossetia, reports “Interfax” on Friday, August 18.
As the representative of the court, George Nikitasenko sentenced to 400 hours community corrections. Part 3 of article 327 of the criminal code (“Use of obviously false document”), for which he was convicted, provides as a punishment deprivation of liberty, noted in a press-service.
Meanwhile, the Prosecutor at the meeting was asked to appoint a man to a fine of 100 thousand rubles.
As found by the regional Prosecutor’s office, 26-year-old Nikitasenko provided to the Ministry of health of North Ossetia and the personnel Department of two clinics in the city fake documents on medical education, while neither profile institution he was done.
It turned out that the young man bought a diploma from a North-Caucasian state humanitarian-technological Academy on a speciality “medical business”, qualification “doctor”. He also acquired a certificate and the certificate of specialist training in the internship of the Russian National research University. N. And. Pirogov.
On the basis of these documents he was hired as a Deputy chief doctor clinic number 1, then to a similar position in the clinic №7. He was later appointed the acting chief physician of the second medical facility. In this post, Nikitchenko worked for about a month, he was suspended in February 2017, after investigation.
