The labour Ministry has proposed to make education officials in Russia continuous
Deputy Minister of labour Alexey Cherkasov recalled previously introduced a new approach to training of officials, which provides for the receipt of their skills during the whole working period.
MOSCOW, August 16. /TASS/. The Ministry of labor of Russia has prepared a draft presidential decree on the professional development of civil servants. As reported on Wednesday Deputy Minister of labour Alexey Cherkasov, corresponding document posted for public comment on the Federal portal of draft regulations.
“Professional development of an employee constitutes an increase in its professionalism and expertise on a systematic basis by updating existing and acquiring new knowledge and skills, i.e. it must be continuous. This is what sent the draft of the decree”, — quotes the press service of the Ministry of the word Cherkasova. The Deputy head of Ministry recalled previously introduced a new approach to training of officials, providing for their skills during the whole period of the passage of the civil service.
It is noted that the professional development of civil servants includes retraining and advanced training, including on the basis of the state educational certificate, and participation in seminars, trainings, workshops to update existing knowledge.
