The family of the deceased in an accident in Balashikha six year old child, whose blood was found to have a large concentration of alcohol, in a criminal case of negligence has refused the exhumation of the body. “We have abandoned the procedure of exhumation [of the body]. There is no reliable information that it will give something, and to subject the family to such a psychological test would be unnecessary,” — said the defender.
He recalled that in the case of negligence, appointed complex examination with attraction of experts in various fields. “The case involved a large number of experts and delivered a large number of questions to ascertain the true reasons for getting the alcohol in the blood of the boy,” said the lawyer, adding that the results of the examination are expected in the near future.
