Former Minister of economic development Alexei Ulyukayev demanded that the CEO of “Rosneft” Igor Sechin to pay him a bribe of $2 million during their stay at the BRICS summit in Goa, said the Prosecutor in court, the correspondent of RBC.

According to the prosecution, otherwise, the Minister threatened not to agree on the acquisition by Rosneft of a controlling stake of the company “Bashneft”.
