The new Ambassador of Russia in India will become the Deputy Director of the General Secretariat, MFA of Russia Nikolay Kudashev, writes “news” referring to diplomatic sources.
“The candidacy of Nikolai Kudashev was appointed Ambassador of Russia in India was supported by the committees for international Affairs of the Federation Council and the state Duma in the end of may,” the source said.
At the moment Russia in new Delhi represented at the level of chargé d’affaires — the Ambassador of Russia to India Alexander Kadakin, who was in this position since 2009, died in January 2017 as a result of illness.
