The US has called for dialogue with DPRK

North Korea should show seriousness of purpose on denuclearization for the start of negotiations with the United States. As reported by RIA Novosti, said at a news briefing, state Department spokesman Heather Nauert.

According to her, Washington would like to negotiate with North Korean leader Kim Jong-UN, “when the time comes”. “When they show that they are serious to move in the direction of denuclearization. We still haven’t seen it,” said Neuert.

However, she did not specify the preconditions for starting negotiations. In particular, the representative of state Department did not answer the question sufficiently for this to be liabilities of the DPRK not to strike on the American island of GUAM.

“They know what to do”, — said Neuert.

On 8 August, the DPRK announced its readiness to launch a missile attack on a U.S. air force base on the island of GUAM in the Pacific ocean. In the case of an order from Kim Jong-UN, the North Korean military will launch a ballistic missile of average range “And 12”, first tested on may 14.

August 13, U.S. President Donald trump said that Washington, along with diplomatic and economic measures, ready to use force to eliminate the nuclear threat from North Korea.
