The traffic police inspectors are going to ban Smoking and coarse language during the conversation with the participants of traffic. The initiative is contained in the new version of the rules published on the portal of legal acts.

“The employee must be polite, considerate, appeal to them [drivers], to exercise calm and restraint, their demands and observations to present in a convincing and understandable manner, eliminating the possibility of erroneous or ambiguous their understanding”, — the document says.

In particular, the inspector should not speak in a dismissive tone to be arrogant, to show undue and undeserved accusations, and to provoke unlawful conduct. The employee will have to refrain from “statements and actions that are discriminatory on grounds of sex, age, race, nationality, language, citizenship, social, property or marital status, political or religious preferences”.

Currently valid regulations of the Ministry of interior for supervision of road traffic, approved in 2009. In the spring of 2017 was presented with a new document that was later revised.
