MOSCOW, August 15. /TASS/. “Copying” of the DPRK Ukrainian engines without professionals would be impossible, said Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin, commenting on earlier media reports about the acquisition of Pyongyang on the black market of the Ukrainian rocket engines.
“What do you mean “copy engines”? It’s not a painting or a sculpture. In order to make a “copy”, it is necessary to have available or the original engine, or detailed drawings, and without Ukrainian specialists, able and ready to start production on foreign technology platform, can not do. Anyway we are talking about smuggling the supply to bypass all the existing extremely tough international ban,” wrote on Tuesday, Deputy Prime Minister on his page in Facebook.
