MOSCOW, August 14. /TASS/. All mediation efforts in Libya should go on the basis of the UN and to contribute to the dialogue of the Libyan parties. This was stated on Monday the Minister of foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov at the meeting with the commander of the Libyan national army (LNA) field Marshal Khalifa the Haftarot.
“Unfortunately, the situation in Libya continues to be difficult, the threat of extremism is not overcome, – said Lavrov. – Although we are aware of the actions taken to eliminate it”.
