In the Moscow region started preventive RAID “Road construction-2017”, organized by the Ministry of agriculture and food of the region. The purpose of the event — monitoring of the technical condition of tractors and other self-propelled machinery, said on the Agency’s website.
“The event is part of the execution of the state function of supervision of the technical condition and observance of the rules and norms of operation of self-propelled cars and trailers to them in the process according to the standards for ensuring safety for life and health of people, safety of property, protection of the environment”, — stated in the message.
The tractor drivers, machinists and drivers of self-propelled vehicles and check identity documents and a certificate of inspection. In addition, under test enters compliance of vehicles with the technical specifications of emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere.
As explained by the Minister of agriculture and food of the region Andrey Razin, during the field work, harvesting and forage harvesting such raids are necessary.
For the violations identified in the course of the RAID, provides for administrative liability. The inspection will take place from 14 to 18 August.
