MOSCOW, August 10. /TASS/. The Ministry of health of Russia intends to equate the state and non-state centres of rights to assist people with alcohol and drug abuse. This was reported to journalists on Thursday, the chief non-staff specialist-psychiatrist Ministry of health of Russia Yevgeny Bryun.
“We have prepared a bill, which in September will represent… provides that all state and non-state centers that assist patients with drug addiction and alcoholism will be on a par… Will be introduced some rules work,” he said.
