The head of the Ministry of foreign Affairs (MFA) of Russia Sergey Lavrov said that Moscow will not allow Washington’s interference in the Russian elections, the correspondent of RBC.
“I don’t know what are the plans of the U.S. Embassy, but there were many episodes when American diplomats were spotted in illegal activities. Our relevant agencies must take appropriate measures,” Lavrov said at a meeting with participants of the forum “Territory meanings on the Klyazma”.

If the US decides to interfere in Russian elections, Moscow will be guided by the Vienna Convention on diplomatic relations, “which prescribes very specifically what you can do to the diplomats and what is not,” added the Minister.
