KIROV, 5 Aug. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin urged local authorities to actively solve the problems of citizens and eliminate the “bureaucratic football.”
“It is important that the authorities demonstrates the desire to hear, to understand sentences initiative of citizens or advocacy groups – said the head of state, opening the Council for the development of local self-government. – I’m not just saying that to ignore the suggestions of the citizens, to engage in “bureaucratic football” categorically wrong.”
