The parliamentary opposition of the Russian Federation demands to remove the party-“spoilers”
KPRF, LDPR and “Fair Russia” (SR) took the initiative of carrying out of the reform party in the opposition sector of the Parliament and has already requested it in the political block of the Kremlin.
A request was made in the meeting of the working group on amendments to the electoral legislation under the presidential administration of the Russian Federation, Izvestia reports, citing a source from the Communist party. Information about plans to reform the parliamentary opposition sector confirmed also representatives of LDPR and SR.
The anxiety of the opposition due to the upcoming election to which they would like to make a number of changes to the electoral law.
For example, Communist party leader Gennady Zyuganov urged the presidential administration to initiate a revision of the legislative framework of the elections to protect voters from a large number of party “spoilers”.
“Today, almost everyone can create a party”, — said Zyuganov, adding that the administration of the President aware of the situation, I agree with the main thesis of the initiatives of the parliamentary opposition and is ready to move on to the practical issues.
