MINSK, 2 August. /TASS/. Increase Kiev’s military expenditure is the restoration of the Donbass alarming. This was stated on Wednesday the Ambassador of Russia in the contact group on settlement in the East of Ukraine, Boris Gryzlov.
“A very alarming signal is also signing yesterday, August 1, President of Ukraine of amendments to the budget, increasing military spending,” he said at the meeting in Minsk.
