American Republican Senator John McCain commented in his Twitter the request of Russia to reduce the number of employees of the U.S. Embassy.

“I’m not surprised that Putin is expelling American diplomats, but he and his entourage will pay the price for an attack on our democracy,” said McCain.

Earlier, 80-year-old McCain removed a blood clot above his left eye. The tissue analysis conducted after this procedure, showed that it is a glioblastoma.

The US Congress late last week approved a package of new sanctions affecting in particular the interests of Russian companies in the oil and gas industry. President Donald trump has not yet signed the bill, but intends to do so in the near future, said Deputy Chairman Mike Pence.

In response Russia has decided to close the us Embassy staff access to the cottage in Serebryany Bor and warehouses in the South of Moscow, and demanded to reduce the 755 people involved in the work of the Embassy.
