This decision was actively supported by members of the same party as the President of the United States Donald trump on the Republican party and the Democrats.

Then the document must be received in the Senate and then signed by the President.

Senate leadership has not indicated when the upper house of Congress will be able to consider the bill. The white house said that the President has not yet decided whether he would sign the document.

On June 14 the U.S. Congress, revealed the details of the bill. In the event of approval, American companies and individuals will not be allowed to lend to Russian banks for longer than 14 days. Currently, this period is 90 days. In addition, it is proposed to limit the terms of financing of Russian oil and gas companies. They will set the credit period of 30 days.

The initiative of the United States caused discontent of the European Union.
