MOSCOW, July 26. /TASS/. Russia is forced to increase the combat capabilities of the southern military district, taking symmetrical measures to neutralize threats to national security, said Wednesday the Minister of defense of Russia General of the army Sergei Shoigu.
“In these circumstances, Russia is forced to take symmetrical measures to neutralize the emerging threats to national security, to carry out activities of strategic deterrence, to enhance the combat capabilities of the southern military district,” – said Shoigu at the Board meeting of the military Department.
