John McCain, Senator

Many of you in recent days has supported me with care and prayers, and I find it very important — really important. So many people told me nice words that seem to some of you me with someone confused. I appreciate, however, every word, even if many of these words I did not deserve.

But nothing has been done, my friends, nothing has been done! The only thing that we have done we have approved of the Nile Gorsuch a Supreme court justice. Our health insurance system is a mess. We all know that. Those who support Obamacare and those who oppose it. Need something to do. We, the Republicans, were looking for a way to replace this insurance with something else, without paying a terrible political price. We have not yet found a solution, and I’m not sure what we will do.

I’m going home for a while, a little to heal. I will make every effort to return here, and many of you will regret about every good thing said about me. And hopefully I’ll prove that it is a privilege to serve the American people with you.

Thank you, senators. Mr. Chairman, you have the floor.
