Russian President Vladimir Putin in a telephone conversation Monday with German Chancellor Angela Merkel, President of France Emmanuel Makron and the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko in the format “Norman Quartet” in detail outlined the main approaches of the Russian Federation on the key provisions of the Minsk agreements.
