The next day, during the transfer of the required amount of 30 million rubles men were detained by officers of the interior Ministry, FSB and Regardie. The Minister was released.
The detainees addressed the issue of measure of restraint.
A criminal case under three articles of the criminal code — “Kidnapping by an organized group”, “Extortion committed by an organized group in order to obtain property in especially large size” and “Illegal circulation of weapons”.
