Israel has banned young Muslims from praying in al-Aqsa

Israeli police decided not to allow Friday prayers in al-Aqsa mosque believers under the age of 50. It is reported by Al Jazeera.

“The entrance to the Old city and the temple mount will be open only for men older than 50 years. Women of all ages are allowed,” reads a police statement. In the Arab quarters of the city sent extra patrols, the order is protected by about three thousand border guards and policemen.

Believers unhappy with the new rules screening for admission to the al-Aqsa mosque to pass to the cult building must pass through a metal detector. The screening process is recorded on camera. Earlier on July 17 the Muslims had a fight with the guards, after which he was arrested one Palestinian.
